Production Updates + Survey Deadline: March 15

Hiii everyone!

I'm very surprised that 90% of our reward surveys were completed during the first 4 days (you guys are amazing ๑>ᴗ<๑). Therefore, I was able to manufacture the pins ahead of time, and we're at the stage of polishing already!~ 

On the other hand, Alices_Craft_House has already begun to make her handmade keychains as well! Look at these gorgeous little buns (◕◡◕)

★ BackerKit Survey Deadline: March 15 ★

This is just a reminder for those of you who haven't filled out your surveys. The survey deadline is March 15; due to limited stocks, small chances are that you won't be able to choose your desired items if you don't fill out your survey in time. 

You may still adjust your survey responses before March 15. All surveys will be locked in on March 15, and if you have added any additional items in the Backerkit surveys, your cards will be charged on March 16. 

Upcoming Notebooks & Mugs~

If you've been following me on IG (@beelu_art), you probably know that I've been working on these handmade notebooks & mugs for a very long time now. I'm aiming to launch these in a month or so in my ETSY shop. They will be discounted for all Kickstarter backers since I still think they count as part of the Kickstarter campaign :)

BackerKit Survey Instructions + Minor Keychain Changes

Heyyy~

Thank you for waiting, BackerKit surveys are finally available! Before we dive into the survey instructions, I'd like to announce a small change to the keychain ribbons. Unfortunately, the original ribbon was no longer available, so Alices_Craft_House replaced it with another ribbon design that can be easily found in her local craft supply stores. All other elements of the keychains will remain the same :)

★ BackerKit Survey Deadline: March 15 ★

Please allow a few hours for BackerKit to send out all the surveys. You may also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email/link. The deadline to fill out your survey is March 15; due to limited stocks, small chances are that you won't be able to choose your desired items if you don't fill out your survey in time.

★ Survey Instructions ★

Please read carefully through all the instructions and follow the steps! 

1. When you start your survey, you'll see this intro page based on your pledge tier on Kickstarter. I'll use the "1 enamel pin" tier as an example to start this tour. 

2. You'll see a warm welcome once you start your survey, and you'll be able to subscribe to Beelu_Art's email campaign if you'd like (no hard feelings ♡)

3. Once you select a response, you will be able to choose your desired design of items you've pledged. 

4. Once you click "Next: Add-ons", the survey will take you to the next page where you can choose designs for the rest of the add-on items you have pledged on Kickstarter. If you've pledged more than 1 of the same item (for example, in this case, I backed 2 additional pins), the survey lets you select designs separately. 

If you did not pledge any add-ons previously on Kickstarter, the system will automatically skip this page.

5. After you have finished your selections, you may purchase additional add-ons in this page if you've missed your chance during the campaign. 

6. After you've made all your selections, you'll be able to enter your shipping info. 

7. A purchase summary will be given on the "Confirm" page. You may come back to change your survey responses anytime before March 15 through the original survey email. You are also able to change your address until a week before all the products are packed and ready to be sent out.

A Backerkit survey will be sent to all physical reward backers (except EU & UK backers) in a few days for you to select your desired designs of items. 

✦ Combine Orders...

If you'd like to make a purchase from either Beelu_Art's shop or Alices_Craft_House's shop,  please include your backer’s number during checkout, and we’ll refund you the excessing shipping fee after verifying that your shipping address matches the one in your Backerkit survey. Please note that your order and Kickstarter rewards will be shipped to you all together once the Kickstarter items are ready to be dispatched.

✦ UK & EU Backers...

Pre-order listings are available in Beelu_Art's shop now (see image below), and the bundle options can be found under the "Asian Snacks Pin, keychain, and earring PREORDER" listing. You may add other existing items to the same order if you'd like, and everything will be shipped together. Please also include your backer’s number during checkout, and we’ll refund you your $1 CAD Kickstarter pledge (this way, you can keep your Kickstarter pledge to receive future update notifications). We'll also refund any price differences for the Early-Bird backers after the purchase.

I'm so happy to announce that all the stretch goals have been unlocked!~ Free phone wallpaper will be available to download after the campaign ends as well!

For this campaign, we have decided to use Backerkit's system for our survey. You can expect an email link to fill out your survey a few days after the campaign ends.
